  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • Any promotional offers, including free shipping, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email.
  • A tracking number and courier details (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us.

Kunsha is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
