At Kunsha, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Color or design preference.
- Minor variations due to photography or lighting.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return request, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Start before opening the package.
- Clearly show the sealed package.
- Show the shipping label.
- Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Clearly display the defect or incorrect product.
Without a valid unboxing video, return requests may be rejected.
Return Approval
Once your request is received, our quality team will review the submitted evidence.
If approved:
- Return pickup instructions will be shared (where service is available), or
- You may be asked to ship the product to our return address.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds are processed within 7–8 business days after approval.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- No valid unboxing video is submitted.
- The return request is made after 2 days of delivery.
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- The item returned does not match the original order.
- The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
